The Designurbate application has been retired.

 This End-User License Agreement previously governed use of the Designurbate profile design software. That software is no longer distributed or operated, so the licence it granted no longer applies to anything.

This page is kept only so that the link does not break, and so former users can find where the service went.

Designurbate is operated by the team behind StreamerSuite, and the profile design tools are now provided there. The current equivalents are 

StreamerSuite publishes its own terms, which govern your use of those tools. Nothing on this page grants or restricts any right in relation to StreamerSuite software.

Profile designs and HTML you generated with the former Designurbate tool remain yours to use. We make no claim over output you created while the service was operating, and we impose no ongoing restriction on it.

The retired software is provided with no warranty of any kind and is no longer supported, maintained, or updated. We accept no liability arising from continued use of any copy of it.
